To ensure that the eyeliner lasts as long as possible, the eye should be dry and free of grease along the upper lash line. To do this, simply dab the upper eyelid with a cosmetic tissue. To create the right basis for a great winged eyeliner look, apply some loose powder or an eye shadow base on the lid. This provides the eyeliner with better grip. Alternatively, you can also use a little compact powder or light eye shadow.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is being returned because it is damaged or defective.
